Is there a Contractor or Broker price available?  

Yes, on any product we carry.
But contracting services such as estimating, pick-up, delivery, and
installation are not available at this price level, as well as some other 
services that most home owners need. 

This pricing level works best if:

• you already have an installer that can
  provide the measuring, pick-up and delivery, 
  and the installation services you need.
• you want to purchase flooring, to install yourself.
• you are a contractor and in the business of selling flooring.
